This is an early Walter Fleming Walter mini 'buggy' face jug with the early double mini block stamp. The Walter early mini faces are rare and this is particularly unique, dating from the 1990/91 period. Walter learned a few things early on from Burlon, but pretty much is a self-taught Catawba Valley potter. He is a retired Presbyterian minister and has his pottery shop in Statesville, NC.
