Walter Fleming makes a wide variety of pottery. One of his truly unique forms, or really one of the first potters to make this form. Sometimes he makes 2 face totems, and other times 3 face. They are definitely not common for him to make. This face dates to the mid 2000's. This piece is gas-fired. Nice symmetry and 3 unique faces glazed in darker black glaze, while the jug itself mostly his ash glaze. There is very nice glass drip off the handle. The totem stands 21″ tall and max width 9.5″. $40 s/i.
