NCPottery is presenting a stupendous & rare double handle face vase by the late potter Marie Rogers, circa early 1980's. The grand detail in the facial features doesn't stop on the front side of the pot, but extends all around … on the reverse is embossed grape and leaf decoration. Plus there is a verse inscribed 'Love is the Thyme' by Marie. Marie didn't always spell the words on her short verses correctly, but care comes through loud & clear that she presents in the piece. The glaze is her modified Albany Slip. Also signed in script on base. Stands 6″ tall by 5.5″. Mint condition. $15 s/i.
