Late 19th century. This is a rare salt glazed find. It would be nice obviously to have the plate that goes with it but one doesn't complain with a form like this. The symmetry is particularly cool. The potter obviously was proud of their work and topped the piece off with a fantastic finial. Also there is a little bonus fly ash. Stands 11″ tall by 6.5″ max width. Excellent condition with a quarter inch chip to the underside edge of the finial. $200 & $20 s/i.
